Science wise... White Noise a random signal (or process) with a flat power spectral density. White noise draws its name from white light in which the power spectral density of the light is distributed over the visible band in such a way that the eye's three color receptors (cones) are approximately equally stimulated.
An infinite-bandwidth, white noise signal is purely a theoretical construction. By having power at all frequencies, the total power of such a signal is infinite and therefore impossible to generate. In practice, however, a signal can be "white" with a flat spectrum over a defined frequency band.

As a whole, they paint a pretty bleak picture of the US of A and its constant pretense of being the greatest nation on earth. What emerges is an alternate reality to big media's cheer leading us into shopping till you drop and being amused to death narrative.
As humanist, war & empire building is viewed as a racket mostly paid for with the blood & suffering of women, children and depossed nations the world over. A far cry from the self- image US citizens entertain of themselves.
Howard Zinn's`A People History of American Empire`or John Perkins's `Confessions of an Economic Hit Man` depiction of reality does not bode well with the ambient propaganda that passes for information in America.
The deliberate dumbing down of America carries a steep price tag; mainly the loss of a Republic to proto-fascism !
White Noise has also espoused a humanist, feminist & pacifist cause with the creation of "Neda : The Voice" campain to commemorate the abject assassination of the young Iranian women.
An original song (in english & french) was concocted along with a clip with visuals in english, french, spanish & farsi.
By then White Noise was politically savvy enough to understand the inner workings of the branded “color revolutions” but decided that the humanist, feminist & pacifist agenda of that struggle towered over the measly neo-con & Zionist empire building same-old, same-old and aligned itself with the women of Iran.

While reading “Into The Buzzsaw: 18 Tales Of Media Censorship” by Kristina Borjesson; JF was flabbergasted by Greg Palast’s chapter
Palast wrote a most interesting report on Florida politics. It ran on the front page of the country's leading newspaper. Unfortunately, it was the wrong country, Britain.
Palast writes, "Here's how your President was elected: In the months leading up to the November balloting, Florida Governor Jeb Bush and his Secretary of State, Katherine Harris, ordered local elections supervisors to purge fifty-eight thousand voters from registries on grounds they were felons not entitled to vote in Florida.
"As it turns out, only a handful of these voters were felons. The voters on this scrub list were, notably, African-American (about 54 percent), and most of the others wrongly barred from voting were white and Hispanic Democrats."
Well that did it !
Since black American music had been an absolute inspiration for all of his life; William just could not take this sitting down. While this blatant racist caging practice designed to bring a new Jim Crow era into cyberspace was in full swing; big media was standing iddle, navel gazing. Something had to give !
William contacted an old buddy from another space & time when as a rock singer/songwriter he joined guitarist/arranger Serge Laporte to created the BILL duo with wich they enjoyed success eons ago ;)
Serge Laporte & JF William agreed to join forces once more to create original musical scores to which spoken words would be added along with visuals in an attempt to bring political activist messages in a pop format.
Greg Palast's amazing work was first in line. Hence “Lynching By Laptop”1 & 2, then came“Dying Regime” 1 & 2 and“Be Careful What You Say" 1 & 2….
White Noise then tagged along Palast, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. & Mike Papantonio's GO LEFT TV's first incarnation reeling against 8 years of W's executive branch violent abuse of the constitution & nation.
